Observation

An epi pen on site for a child with a life-threatening food allergy expired in 2021. A Lead Teacher acting in a managerial role could not locate an Individual Care Plan for a child with a life threatening food allergy. She could not verify that staff, including herself, who may serve food to the child had reviewed the plan.
